Memphrémagog RCM
Economy
Most of the Memphrémagog RCM's population works in the secondary and tertiary sectors. The tertiary sector has grown because of the region’s tourism potential and the progressive transformation of the manufacturing sector, which is becoming increasingly diversified and increasingly made up of small- and medium-sized businesses. The largest industrial sectors in the RCM are the manufacture of rubber and plastic products, non-metallic mineral products, metal products and chemical products. Information technology is another expanding sector.

The region has two industrial parks, one in Magog and the other in Stanstead, which have all the resources required for the establishment and further development of new businesses.
